The 60 hour course is a step up from the 30 hour course, which includes everything in the 30 hour course, but adds in those many useful extras such as: Young Adult Learners, Beginner and Pre-Intermediate Adults, ESL practice, etc. This is a very useful, and many times much needed.

Is there any teaching practice involved?
Yes, there is outside teaching practice involved, teaching Young Learners, Pre Intermediate Adults and one to one.
